I was happy with the location, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was tasty, the wifi was fast, and the room was tidy and clean. The only downside was the bed, mattress, and pillows; even though I had a single bed, the pillows need to be replaced, which would make a big difference.

The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were a bit small for our two‑week stay, but that was manageable. Parking in the centre of Ponta Delgada is horrible, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.
