It’s a decent spot along the Francigena Sud route, the owner is friendly, and we got air‑conditioning because the room was vacant. The café Central was good for breakfast. We went out to eat, but I wondered if we could cook in the kitchen—maybe that wasn’t included.

Ivan’s hospitality feels like another era, and he’s super helpful even with many requests, making you feel at home. The area around the B&B is fairly quiet and safe. Because the bars were closed for holidays, Ivan offered breakfast and had to rush to pay at another bar, which delayed the checkout. The rooms were spotless with smart TVs and comfortable beds; I’ll definitely return. The only downside was the shared bathroom, but it was clean and always available since the other guests were out.
