Friendly staff made the visit pleasant, but the breakfast was very expensive and the bathroom only had one small and one large towel.

This place is a perfect halfway stop to York, with a lovely clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff, yet there are no vending machines for snacks.

Bathrooms consistently arrive dirty or missing items, which is a major drawback.

The stylish room comes with a mini bar, but the health club is busy and the pool is very small.
