The room was comfy and spotless, complete with a balcony, and the downstairs bar offered a great dining area with tasty options; overall, it was good value. The only hiccup was that after hours, when reception was closed, it wasn’t obvious how to get into the room, though the bar staff helped out.

The place is in a fantastic spot, the room is spacious, the bed is cozy, the place is quiet, and the shower is nice—definitely worth booking again.

The bed was amazing, love the balcony, and the rooms are close to the Canberra Cancer Centre for appointments; the staff were friendly, and when I needed a special diet for a test they let me use the microwave at the coffee bar—thanks so much, really appreciated 😊

The location and rooms were fine and clean, but the self‑check‑in felt very impersonal.

The location is great, the staff are friendly and the place is quiet, but the stairs are a bit of a pain 😆 🤣
