The location is good, a 7/11 is inside, staff were very very kind and helpful. There isn’t really any view, no natural light, and you can hear neighbours somewhat.

“Enjoyable stay in a hotel with exceptional customer service and fantastic location!”

The facility was comfortable and the location was so convenient. As soon as you walk out of the hotel, the subway entrance is a mere 50 ft away. The staff speak good English and have been extremely helpful. Their customer service is the best. There is a laundry facility and an adjacent convenience store. The room was a bit small, but it is comfortable. We were out exploring for most of the day and evenings so this was not an issue

“Excellent customer service, good clean hotel”

The 2 men at reception on our checkout were exceptional in their assistance to us after Jetstar cancelled our flight home, with no phone help from jetstar or qantas they helped us speak to korean call centres to arrange new flight and extra 2 nights stay required. They were so patient and understanding. I want to give them the biggest thankyou. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to nightlife and markets. Thank you hotel skypark 3. Room was clean and beds comfortable. No black tea available but understand thats not drunk in korea
