The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The three private onsens can always be flexibly booked for an hour, which I liked a lot, especially the outdoor onsen on the 3rd floor, which is very beautiful. The station is only three steps away. The Wi‑Fi on the 3rd floor, where my room was, does not work at all. Partly the facility is a bit dated and has some cosmetic flaws (e.g., in the 銀の月 bathroom).

Staying in a sea‑view room was great and having a cat around was a nice touch, but the front desk was often unmanned, so I had to call several times.

The setting is very nice and the location right next to the pier offers a beautiful view of the sea and a gorgeous sunset. It’s about 25 minutes from Aomori station. The staff are very friendly and the baths are pleasant.
