The spot was gorgeous and convenient, with the Seabus just a short walk away for trips across the water—ideal for Miku, Flyover Canada, and Miso Taco. It did get a bit noisy at night, especially during a wedding reception next door, so I had to use ear plugs.

The place was great to be near excellent restaurants and museums, but the parking lot is too small, the payment instructions are unclear, and the parking company keeps making errors and isn’t helpful when issues arise.

We loved the spot, the room fit our needs and offered a fantastic view of the water and the activities outside, and it was nice to be above the market. The coffee and granola bar was nice, but could use one or two more options. The parking meter was broken and confusing for everyone who tried to use it.
