The place is clean, safe, close to many facilities and convenience stores, but there was no water, I showered with cold water in the morning, and the room was cold with no heater/only one blanket was provided.

I found the experience unsatisfactory and a waste of resources; please don’t go there, it feels like a scam. Even though the walls are crumbling and the water has been cut off, the residents stay surprisingly resilient and welcoming despite their tough conditions, yet they still face theft incidents.

The room had bed bugs, a bad smell, and mosquitoes that made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, and the blankets were unhygienic.
