I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offered a spotless environment and a fantastic location for cyclists. The proximity to the mountains and the abundance of nearby dining options made it an ideal choice. However, my sleep was disrupted by the extremely hard pillows, which left me with a sore neck every day. Despite my request for softer pillows, the staff informed me that they didn't have any available.

I was initially drawn to this hotel due to its friendly staff and potential appeal to cyclists, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The floor was dirty and sticky, and the bed was harder than any I've slept in. Additionally, the wifi was unreliable, and some amenities, such as the bathroom lock and drain, were broken. We were also disappointed by the lack of a mountain view, instead facing an apartment block. Ultimately, we decided to move to a different hotel.
