The place is simply exceptional. The comfort is perfect and the equipment is of very good quality, nothing is missing. Special mention to the staff, always smiling, available, and very professional: you feel welcomed from the beginning to the end of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

The food was good. The accommodation is advertised online as a quiet and idyllic retreat, which is far from reality. The street is heavily trafficked and loud, and there is street and party noise during the day and into the evening. Nearby construction sites add extra noise and noticeable air pollution. The advertised beach was unfortunately dirty. The bungalow was poorly lit, the floors and bathrooms did not look clean. There was an unpleasant odor from the toilet, the shower had mold, and the water pressure was so low that sand barely rinsed off. Additionally, the tap water was salty, which was not mentioned beforehand. We raised the issues with the staff and asked for a solution or eventually a refund, but were referred to customer service. No remedy was provided. In the end we decided to check out early at our own expense and book alternative accommodation for the remaining nights.

We had a super large beautiful room. A small sweet resort with a pool and restaurant. The resort is a bit off the beaten path.

Sauber, schön und top Service. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön. Ziemlich runtergekommen, viele Baustellen. Der Strand ist aber ganz schön
