Accueil du personnel et propreté des lieux ; le prix de la boisson est très élevé au niveau du restaurant, cette situation pousse les clients à manger à l'extérieur dans les restaurants de même standing. Il faut penser d’améliorer la carte. L’ascenseur ne bloque pas automatiquement lorsqu’on met la main plus de trois fois pour l’empêcher de se fermer.
