“I would not stay at this Hotel again. The cost did not match the service and my expectations.”

The spot was convenient, but the room felt cramped and lacked a dresser or microwave, and the fridge was broken. The shower tiles had mold at the base that needed cleaning or replacement. One night we dined at the on‑site restaurant and the food was awful.

The location is gorgeous and I appreciated the bike access, but there’s barely any space for clothes, and the bathroom requires hangers for wet towels.

“For the money, $1600 for a 4 night stay, and the rooms were not cleaned everyday, this was HORRIBLE.”

The hotel is close to everything, yet my room didn’t include a microwave. The staff told me to use the one in the candy shop next to the check‑in desk—horrible.

The beach is nearby, the grounds are beautiful, and there are plenty of pool and game options, plus a Starbucks and a nice lobby. The restaurant food is good. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was decent for the price, and the beach is right on the property while the pool was great. They offer many game setups around the venue, so when it rained we played in the lobby. However, because I booked through them, I didn’t receive the balcony with beach view I paid for; instead I got a balcony with parking view. When I showed my reservation, they moved me to another room without a balcony or view and promised to relocate us by noon. The next day they said it would be between 1‑2 pm, then at 2 pm they said 3 pm, and the room wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm, wasting my entire day. Overall it was horrible—we couldn’t do much because we waited all day for room #3. During checkout they overcharged me $149 for the view room; after I presented my invoice they still added $30. I was exhausted and ready to leave, and I won’t return.
