The family of the guest house is so helpful. They really want to make their guests happy and help with everything. If you send a message with a question, it’s handled immediately! The location is a bit remote, but for a fair price you’re taken everywhere.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless and tastefully decorated; they even surprised us with a cake for our honeymoon, and the breakfast spread was huge—our team was all smiles. Nothing to complain about.
The hospitality of Imantha and his family. We’ve never met such an involved host before. The location (especially the view) was great and the breakfast (with plenty of food from their own garden) is a must‑try. We enjoyed this stay and Ella!
We stayed in a very nice room with a great view, and Imantha, our host, guided us on what to do in and around Ella while the food was very good; I would definitely recommend it.
