Nothing special. The street around the accommodation was scary at night, and we had a hard time finding it. The parking the place recommended was very expensive and odd; I expected something else and won’t return.
“Fantastic 3 night experience”
The location was very central, and everything was within walking distance. No complaints.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they managed to resolve a scheduling slip-up flawlessly. The location is convenient for guests who want to be within a 5‑minute walk of the city centre. However, the building entrance had garbage bins at the door, the hallway light to the apartment was faulty, and some maintenance issues were apparent, such as an oxidised toilet paper holder and general cleaning lapses. The room had poor sound insulation, so you could hear other rooms’ doors opening and closing, the apartment door, and street noise.
The place is fairly large, roomy, and centrally located. We received the check‑in instructions beforehand, and the access via a code was convenient. There is a spa, but it was closed when we got there. We arrived late at night, and the property’s lighting was poor and a bit unsettling; there are big staircases that you have to carry luggage up to reach the Divisi suites.
