The location is very good and only a few metres from the city wall. The parking at the hotel is advantageous. The breakfast was very good. Everything was fine.

The central location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, but the lift was unusable. This needs to be communicated better on the website, as there are also customers with mobility restrictions. The breakfast did not meet expectations: the coffee was thin and tasteless, and you could see through the pour. No fruit offering except a few grapes, no natural yoghurt, no mirror or scrambled eggs. The hard‑boiled eggs could have been used as a weapon. The rolls were not from a bakery but reheated. For this offering the price is definitely too high.

Fast and uncomplicated service. I was there only for one night for business, so my assessment is limited. Within a few minutes’ walk from the hotel you can swim in the crystal‑clear, beautiful Tollensesee. Nothing noteworthy came to mind.

I was disappointed because the arrangements weren't honored, and the staff came across as unfriendly and argumentative.
