“Comfortable”
The vibe was great, but the rooms felt cramped.
“One week stay in Bengalur”
I chose the location because it’s within walking distance to Manipal Hospital, but the reception sign in bold letters warned “No Visitors are Allowed.” Our Uber driver tried to bring us money, counted it, and when he confirmed we could go to our room, we felt unsafe, especially since the driver knew our room number. Food delivery staff could also go straight to the room, and one waiter wouldn’t leave until he got a tip. There were spiders and a web in my bathroom, and the towels weren’t clean.
The rooms were comfortable, but the range of amenities was limited.

The spot was spot-on, just a block from Manipal Hospital and a bunch of shops, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience pleasant and convenient. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper and hand tissues in the bathroom, and it would have been nice if the hotel supplied small water bottles.
