Great value for money, even with the old structure it’s reasonably priced, the breakfast is good and fair for the cost, and the location is close to the metro and the main sights of the old town. The staff are friendly and attentive, leaving nothing to be desired. There is no negative aspect; even the old structure can be fun and beautiful (classic) depending on how you look at it.

It sits perfectly in the old town. The staff provide good service. The bed is hard.

Close to the historic centre and the attractions in Quito. There’s also nearby shopping that makes it easy to buy travel items and crafts. It’s on a dark street and after 8 pm nothing is open. It’s advisable not to go out at that hour.
