A very nice place, and the staff are friendly too

The staff were helpful and nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was quite good, but the AC was so freezing that I fell ill after one night and there was no remote to control it; the bedroom door didn’t close properly and had to be slammed every time, which woke me up whenever someone entered the room, and the place could be a bit cleaner.

The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable and had curtains, there was storage space under the bed for luggage, the room was air‑conditioned, the common area was cozy and there was a kitchen with water, I used the laundry service which was very satisfactory, the bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water, and the Wi‑Fi worked well; however, there was sticky gum on the wall by my bed, which was disgusting, the outlet at my bed didn’t work, the room had an unpleasant smell, the door was broken and had to be forced shut, and at night the door was very loud and I woke up every time, and the toilets didn’t always have toilet paper.
