Very comfortable apartment, quiet location close to the city centre.
The room is comfortable and well‑maintained, the common areas are cozy, and the location is excellent.
“Séjour paisible”
Everything was great, especially the bedding. Nothing else to add.
“Pesima experiencia”
Nothing good, everything bad. First, no one was there when we arrived and we had to wait on the street for 10 minutes. We called the phone and were told there was no space because it was full, even though we had already closed and paid via booking. The location is centrally situated but the neighbourhood is ugly and we felt unsafe (we were a couple), so it was very uncomfortable to wait in the dark while nobody arrived. Then a person opened the door for us, and we realized there was no one else there, so the claim of no space was false, and that person charged us again for the room. I told him several times that it was already paid but he didn’t believe me. After I paid, he gave me the wifi and asked me to show my bank statement to prove I had paid. Only then did he call the owner and we got the money refunded. The room itself looks very different from the photos; it’s much darker, although the size is accurate. He said there is free parking at the square 10 minutes away, but there are very few spots, and we couldn’t find any, so we had to pay 10 euros for parking that night. He later sent me a message saying he didn’t know we had a reservation and that’s why there was no one. To top it all off, the next day, after we had left, he sent me a message charging 10 euros for the person who had to open the door. Don’t go to this place! There are many better options at the same price.

Getting to the place with luggage was difficult. There are no taxis or Uber in the city, so the suggestion is for the owner to provide support and arrange a driver for this service. Unfortunately, I paid a fine trying to get in with my own car.
