The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Shenna was great. The rooms that were marketed as Double Tree standards should not have been rented; the door to my room stuck and I had to push it to open and close it every time.

Breakfast cost too much for a family, so we left and found a cheaper spot; free coffee was impossible to locate. A mini‑fridge in the room would have helped, and basic housekeeping like towel changes and trash removal should have been part of the service.
