The room was clean and comfortable but very small and basic Breakfast was acceptable but with little choice. Bathroom was small and there were several steps in the room on which to trip up. We booked a double room but we're assigned a twin room. Breakfast was basic with little choice

The hotel’s cleanliness and the staff’s attentiveness were great. I arrived before check‑in and they handled me smoothly, assigning a room and storing my luggage without any hassle.

The staff were outstanding and the hotel was clean; I also appreciated the display of Selkman culture through videos, murals, sculptures, and room names. However, there was no hot water on the morning of my check‑out at 9:00 am, which lowered my score.
