The food was great, the location was superb, the hotel was pleasant, and the staff were very friendly. However, the room maintenance could improve; the balcony window jammed several times, and shower water leaked into the bathroom. We asked for maintenance and they fixed it.

We were disappointed to pay for a sea‑view room only to be placed in two corridor rooms; a sea‑view rate should guarantee a private room with that view, and the extra charge didn’t make sense. On top of that, they cut off our Wi‑Fi and barred us from the dock bar even though we were staying at the same hotel, which felt like an unnecessary restriction on using common areas. The staff were the only bright spot, but honestly we wouldn’t return.
