The location is simply top! We had a suite with a view of the volcano and the harbor. The idea of having a pool directly in the suite is cool, but the room ends up damp. The ceiling needs to be replaced soon.

The location offers a beautiful view of the volcano, the bay, and the mountains in the middle of the vineyard. The pool is pleasant. The restaurant has good coffee and tasty desserts. The service seems to be paid for. They act as if they are doing a favor to guests (with some exceptions). They clean and make noise even though they see someone trying to relax on the terrace or at the pool. The food at the restaurant is very average. The rooms are quite small and have a basic décor.

The location among the vineyards is great. The rooms only have a door or corridor to the outside and no windows, but the Italian sunlight still reaches everything.

The staff were friendly and went the extra mile to help guests. The rooms were nice, located far from the restaurant and the bustle, had good air‑conditioning, and the pool and lounge chairs were enjoyable. The noise from other rooms was a bit annoying; we could hear people talking. The toilet kept running, and after 1 am the hot water was no longer available for showers.
