The presentation was exceptional, the lift was a great convenience, and the verandah overlooking the street had very comfortable furniture. However, the top kitchen shelves are too high to reach, the plug in the bathroom sink doesn’t work, and the lack of off‑street parking is a drawback.

The location is excellent; I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life of Inverell, and nearby cafés offered good coffee. The downside is that the rooms at the back of the building get little daylight.
