The bed was super comfortable. There's a coffee machine, cold water dispenser, tea etc Also having a fridge in the room is really convenient!

Nice room with AC, Comfortable bed, and nice design, spacious bathroom with everything you might need, superb friendly service, location. Just perfect accommodation that allowed us to fully enjoy Florence. If we would ever go back we would love to stay again

The location is excellent, just minutes on foot from the main attractions, and the staff were very friendly. However, the noise made it hard to sleep; the windows aren’t insulated and don’t seal properly, so you can hear everything outside, and the door at the level entrance rattles loudly when opened and closed, which can be annoying in the evenings.
