The service was excellent, the first time I've stayed at a hotel like this; nothing disappointed me, everything was positive.

They cancelled my booking without justification; I was arriving at 10 pm due to a train trip, but the real reason was they wanted to raise the price after I got a low rate.
It feels very old and hasn't been renovated.

I liked the quiet and that they didn't speak to me; room 401 could never be a comfortable or safe place because of the annoying aircraft and engines overhead, and the host who lacks manners and style kicked me out in a rude way, with a Yemeni worker who should have been a car lot attendant; I won't be able to escape the aircraft noise or the unpleasant pair.
The location is close to services; the Yemeni front‑desk staff sat next to the female employee even though the counter is less than a meter wide, and we had to watch them as we entered and left, which was embarrassing for our family.
