It was dog friendly, but I was hoping for a hotel in Medina or the north.
I enjoyed the breakfast and the beds were comfortable, but the overall vibe felt a bit icky, and one of the rooms we booked wasn’t cleaned.
“Alright for the price, would do again”
Breakfast was pretty good with the omelettes and sausage tasty, though the apple juice was watered down; the lobby, breakfast area, and my room looked clean, but there was rust color around the bathroom frame in my suite and an odor at first that I eventually got used to; overall it was an ok suite room with nice amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and sink for a longer stay.
“Would have moved in if I could have!”
The room was absolutely beautiful, but breakfast was not included in the room price.
“I will find a different hotel chain to use in the future.”
The shower was warm and the bed was good, yet the food was stale, not fresh, and not hot; the fire alarm went off and there was no rush, one other person evacuated the building, and I couldn’t get a ground‑floor room as requested, which was disappointing.
