From the moment we arrived, the service was spectacular. The pool and facilities are well maintained and beautifully decorated. The food was always delicious, from snacks to lunches and dinners, and we ate everything in the hotel. The staff were very attentive and kind, especially when it came to pampering my little daughter. A very family‑friendly hotel with excellent standards.

The hotel is well situated near the Oasis, but that same location means you can clearly hear the external noise and sounds from other rooms; if you’re looking to rest after a long day, a hotel farther from the party area would be better. The noise is the main drawback.

Friendly staff, great location, lunch instead of breakfast was no problem. Initially there were no towels available, but when we asked, they were provided without any hassle, which shows their willingness to solve issues.
