The staff were pleasant and friendly, yet the cleanliness was lacking: mouldy shower hose, grubby bath/shower, limescale on taps, a smelly room, uncomfortable beds, and disruptive noise from neighboring rooms and the environment. The food, though freshly cooked, was terrible and inedible. I booked for 2 nights, stayed only one, and couldn't stay the second night. Contact attempts for a refund failed: the provided number was useless, app messages promised a team would address it, but after 2 weeks there was no reply or refund. Avoid.
