I arrived and the staff couldn't locate my reservation even though I had the confirmation email; the front‑desk employee refused to accept my reservation number, so I ended up waiting 20 minutes outside the building, almost getting caught in the rain. They didn’t know the booking category, asked me for the email, and then directed me to a suite that seemed vacant—an open beer can, bedding items on the floor, and open towels were all there. I was moved to the next suite, which had no towels. I stayed because I was already paid and it was raining; the place was completely disorganized, the team unprepared and irritable, and I could hear staff chatting loudly near my room—terrible.

The place was comfy, the bathtub was a treat, and breakfast was solid. The only hiccup was that the room I booked didn't have the erotic chairs I was expecting.
