The room was huge, and the ladies at reception were always very friendly and helpful. It was basically clean. The cleaning staff were very loud, sometimes rummaging in front of rooms unnecessarily. There were a few hairs in the room and a towel with dark spots that didn’t wash out. The bathroom was tiny compared to the room; the layout could have been more balanced.

The location and facilities were great. Everything was perfect except the hot water from the shower wasn’t warm enough. Otherwise, it was all good.

We arrived at 11:00 am and asked to store our luggage; to our surprise we were told we could get a room in 10 minutes with no extra charge. The room design is high‑quality! The central location is convenient and very quiet. The only issue was the sink, which was small and low.

The location is good. It’s too loud, offers little service to guests, and there’s no water for a welcome drink. The washbasin is very small with an inconvenient mirror. Standing water at the shower edge outside is a problem. The laundry cart is left on the corridors, which is untidy. The minibar isn’t fully stocked. The rooftop bar is overpriced, so I didn’t have breakfast there.
