Parking was free and the room was nice, but it was sweltering inside, the windows wouldn’t open, and there was no air conditioning. I was staying in autumn, so the heat was unnecessary.

“Very dissappointing to have no meal option.”

The hotel was decent enough, clean, and had a lift. We booked a room that included breakfast, but when we arrived the restaurant was closed and no breakfast was offered, so the price was lowered. No warning was given; the staff should not have offered breakfast since they knew the restaurant was shut on Sundays and Mondays. We expected to eat at the attached restaurant at mealtime, but there were no nearby food options on Sunday. We would have had to drive into Nowy Sacz for food, yet we chose this hotel precisely because it was on the outskirts. We ended up eating some awful wraps from the nearest gas station.

“attention pas de petit déjeuner possible”

When we arrived, the hotel informed us that breakfast was no longer provided and the price was honestly lowered. The hotel is isolated, making it hard to find something open in the morning. The rooms were comfortable, well soundproofed, and the beds were comfortable. However, we stayed for three days and no housekeeping was done in the room or the bathroom.
