The staff were attentive. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was good. I would definitely come back.

The outlet mall is right in front of the hotel. The train station is far, so it would be nice to have a shuttle or bus added.

The staff were very helpful, the shuttle to Sendai city was great, rooms were spacious, and the lobby and gardens were impressive. It’s also close to outlet stores. The building felt a bit stale and old, so a refresh would help. The location is a bit outside the city center, but the free shuttle to the city was great, and there are no convenience stores within walking distance.
