The double bed was huge. The TV stopped working and they promised a discount after checkout but never followed through. The bathroom had low water pressure and a tiny flow; hot water was either ice‑cold or steaming hot, and adding a splash of cold water would turn it back to ice. The window‑side control button was a bit unresponsive when pressed.

There was a self‑service kiosk, but the front‑desk staff seemed unwilling to get up and help, which left a bad impression.

The location is spot‑on, right next to a variety of restaurants and sights, and the subway and other public transport are easily reachable.

The room was spacious and the bed was super roomy. The air‑conditioner wouldn’t respond to any settings and was too cold; a hook in the bathroom would have been handy for hanging used towels.
