The staff, especially the OJT students, were accommodating. The A/C made noise; we were moved to another bed but the new room was too small, so it wasn't worth it.

The location is close to the airport and a shopping mall; the restaurant menu was decent and the food good. However, it didn't match the website, featured old furniture and a small gym, and the corridor was not air‑conditioned, so it stayed hot and humid.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the Philippines and had a decent experience, but I felt it was overpriced. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay. However, considering the cost, I expected a higher level of quality and amenities.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The food wasn't fresh, and I had to pay extra for coffee. The room was very basic and lacked a fridge. I only tried the breakfast once, but it wasn't impressive. The overall maintenance of the hotel was subpar.
