It sits fairly centrally and the breakfast is excellent. Ernur, a service staff member, speaks German fluently and happily offers tips and practical help, even translating and supporting the procurement of a wheelchair. The staff’s service falls short of a 4‑star hotel: they didn’t actively help with renting a wheelchair, forgot the breakfast package (even though it was confirmed twice), and after room cleaning no towels were provided. The hotel feels a bit faded, with a slightly post‑Soviet vibe.

The room was comfortable and the gym, sauna, etc. were available. The reception asked for a price increase for early check‑in without informing us in our request; after negotiation they didn’t charge us and upgraded the room, but the initial intention was clear. There were also hair strands on the floor, though overall cleanliness was okay.

The location and sauna were good, but the hotel feels old‑fashioned and the room has an unpleasant smell. Spa users aren’t informed about sauna etiquette; they jump into the pool sweaty and the staff ignore it. Breakfast begins very late.
