The location was perfect.
I loved the place – the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
I found a cockroach in my room, which was a real turn‑off.
The room we got was spacious, clean and had a big, comfy bed that suited our family of four.

“Excellent! Highly recommended!”
Our family loved the stay at Lan’s Hotel. The family room was huge, spotless and the bed felt like a cloud, while the sensor‑flush toilet was a nice modern touch (though a full smart bidet would have been even better). Staff everywhere—from the front desk to the housekeeper who kept popping in with a smile—were friendly and went out of their way to help despite the language gap.
The staff were attentive, the breakfast was decent, and the beds were comfortable, all for a reasonable €42 for a quadruple room with breakfast included. The bathroom felt a bit dated, and the hotel is a ways from the city centre, but a Didi ride gets you there without trouble. Overall, a fair deal for the price.
“Good stay with reasonable rate in the center of the city”
The hotel works well for families; housekeeping kept everything tidy and the breakfast lady was attentive, even taking the time to explain the little details. The receptionist also handled my express deliveries without any hassle. On the downside, the heating only covered one spot in the room and the thermostat controls had no English labels, which made adjusting the temperature a bit confusing.
Everything about the room was fine, and I was happy with the overall setup. The only hiccup was the shower head—it kept slipping off, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, the stay was smooth.
“Familia chilena adoro la estadka”
I loved the place – the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast ladies were a delight and my kids enjoyed the tasty treats. Rooms were big and spotless, and the hotel sits right at the entrance of a historic mausoleum, a short walk from Kuanzhai Alley. The convenience of a supermarket and laundry room made everything easy, though I never used the Wi‑Fi because I travel with eSIMs.
