The location was good and the staff were polite and helpful, especially the person in charge of our early arrival. The rooms were modern and nicely designed, but the layout wasn’t always functional. Parking was difficult and moving luggage up the stairs was quite hard. Unfortunately, several issues surfaced: the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived, so I had to clean it myself. When I mentioned it to the manager, I felt my complaint was questioned and I was asked for photographic proof, something I hadn’t considered at check‑in. Some towels had a strong damp smell, and I think the linens need updating. The lack of curtains caused privacy and ventilation problems, forcing us to keep the wooden locks closed all the time, which felt very claustrophobic, especially for claustrophobia sufferers. If we left the doors open, cats and insects would come in, and the cats would climb onto our clothes or towels that we had to leave on the outside chairs because there were no adequate spaces or hangers. There were also functionality problems: the TV wasn’t connected to a cable, and the lighting and pool hot‑tub had issues for several days of our stay. I would rate our stay as mediocre for this property. I noticed it even more when we switched to another accommodation for the following days and saw the difference in practice. This place has a nice aesthetic but needs significant improvement mainly in cleanliness, linens, functionality, and maintenance. Staying there longer would have significantly impacted our vacation.
