Location Decor Staff hospitality Facilities A big shout out to front of house staff Mr Hussain & the Spa Manager Also the kitchen & serving staff especially Sultan Sher Afzal Dining Manager Mr Ahmed who went out of he’s way to give us an amazing experience & hosting Warm wishes to all at Sareena. Unfortunately the drain in the toilet area was smelling Staff tried their best to sort out the problem We were offered an alternative room but decided to stay as moving everything would be far too much hassle. However issues were resolved by staff
