The hotel was fairly nice, but I encountered a few issues during my stay. I had to pay an extra 1500 yen per person for the accommodation, which wasn't clearly stated on the booking site. To make matters worse, there was no bath towel provided, and disposing of trash cost an additional 220 yen per person.
