I liked the location even though it was a bit far from the beach, and the stay was comfortable; however, there was no intercom in the room, so you had to go to reception to place an order.

Nothing to say positively, but the café and restaurant were non‑functional while the pictures suggested otherwise.

The hotel is good and very close to the beach with nice staff, though there were a lot of ants in the washrooms; otherwise everything is fine.

The staff went above and beyond to keep us relaxed and welcoming, the food and service were amazing, and they involved us in the Holi celebrations, which was lovely; the proximity to shops, the beach, and the pool was fantastic. They resolved the small shower issue immediately and accommodated our last‑minute request to extend our stay without complaint. We enjoyed an amazing 10 days in our balcony room.
