Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. The room I selected was not available when I checked in. Was told no price difference on new room. Was given 2 keys. Keys did not work in door remote. Had to go back downstairs and get new keys. New keys didn’t work well. Door remote was not working good. Hallways and lobby were extremely warm. Turn on a/c a little more! I would really like some kind of credit or refund for my experiences

The staff were helpful and friendly, but the place is definitely showing major signs of wear even though it still offers great value.

I was told I was too late for breakfast and the staff were putting the food items away without any courtesy to let me grab anything, which felt rude; the bathroom tub was gross, very old, and the place to ice was crusty.

The location is great, the hotel is super clean for being older, and breakfast was above the normal standard but you have to eat it in the lobby, which felt controlling.

It was in a great area, really well laid out, simple but beautiful, and I have no complaints; maybe the hot tub water wasn’t hot, but maybe because it was 110 outside it would feel any hotter than the air lol, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
