The location works well for anyone coming from or heading to Santa Cruz airport, and the transfer coordination was straightforward thanks to the helpful staff and easy communication. The rooms are spacious and well kept, though the hotel lacks an elevator, which could be inconvenient for some guests, and it doesn’t accept payments in euros.
Being close to the airport with free shuttle is handy if you’re traveling early the next day, but the spa is basically non‑existent, the atmosphere feels cold with poor-quality refreshments, the staff are uncomfortable, and it would probably get only three stars in Europe (or two).
