The interior was the only thing that was acceptable. The staff, poor facilities, and overcharging were terrible. No hot water, and for a heater they asked for an extra 1000. They claimed water was complimentary but then asked us to pay at checkout. They seem to think foreigners are fools and will pay whatever they demand. Highly non-recommended.

It was a very bad experience; they didn't help us upon arrival, and when we asked for the heater they demanded extra charges for an inverter or heater and wouldn't tell us the total cost. The booking rate was 4000, but at the property the total including GST tax was 1000 RS. The rooms were at a negative temperature, and staff demanded extra money for each minor facility.

The arrangements and staff service were decent, but the area around those roads was problematic.

The room was neat and clean, but they even charged for mineral water, and the rates for water and tea were higher than normal.
