I was very pleased with the breakfast, though it started at 9 am which is a bit late for Koreans; moving the breakfast time forward would make it even better. The staff were extremely kind, and I left feeling well rested—no other complaints.

A brand‑new, comfortable place that works perfectly for a one‑ or two‑night stay in Ulan Bator. The downside was that breakfast was delivered to the rooms in the morning and it wasn’t very good.

There’s a café nearby with tasty shashlik and pilaf. Breakfast was brought to the room, delicious and filling. The reception had a translator, so communication was smooth. Everything else was fine.

The rooms were spacious and the bed really comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Check‑in was very quick; since we arrived early in the morning, they kindly handed us our room immediately because it was available, which was a big relief after a 7‑hour flight that left us exhausted. The hotel sits just outside the city centre, about a 10‑minute taxi ride away. They also stored our luggage after check‑out until 4 p.m., which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and truly appreciated their hospitality. The only issue was confusion about breakfast: we weren’t informed at check‑in that it was served in the adjacent building with a voucher. The selection was very limited, mostly fried and oily, so we chose not to eat there.

I really want to thank the hotel administration for their excellent organization and attentiveness to guests. We stayed from 4 to 13 August and were pleased with our accommodation. Everything was clean, fresh white towels were changed daily, and breakfast was delivered to the room. Any questions were resolved very quickly. We recommend this place.
