The place was spotless, but it sat too close to town.
“It was fine enough. Nothing that would lead to me not staying here again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to gain a room”
The spot was near downtown, not exactly within walking distance of the action but still nearby; the room was tidy and the bed comfy. The bathroom sink had a weird aerator or some water‑saving device that split the flow into several streams, which was really annoying. The “suite” we stayed in was next to the elevator, and every time someone used it, a loud humming seeped into our room.
We spent the night before catching the Anacortes ferry; the hotel was very clean and comfy, the spot was convenient, the staff were pleasant, and the continental breakfast offered plenty of items.
