I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's staff and facilities, but unfortunately, the services were somewhat lacking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was well-maintained, but I felt that the services could have been more comprehensive.

While I enjoyed the hotel's breakfast options and the new café, as well as its convenient location, there were a few issues that detracted from my stay. For instance, we only received a single roll of toilet paper for two people, and we had to request towels and bedding from reception. The housekeeping service was also a bit slow, leaving our room unclean on one occasion.

I was really pleased with the hotel's location, which made it easy for us to explore the area on foot. As a family, we appreciated the convenience of being able to walk around and enjoy the local sights.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel when the bathroom door got stuck and took all night to fix, which meant I couldn't get any rest.
