The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, security felt solid, the place was quiet, and breakfast was good, but the pillows could be better.

Nothing positive. The title says “Disappointing experience – lack of cleanliness, excessive noise, and terrible service.” The whole stay was awful. The environment was poorly cleaned, showing a lack of care for guest comfort. Receptionist Sara was rude, unprepared, and completely unfriendly and unprofessional. The rooms were directly above the restaurant, and the noise and music from the night were so loud it felt like it was inside the room, making it impossible to rest. A hotel should at least provide cleanliness, respect for guests, and decent sleeping conditions. My experience was extremely negative. I do not recommend it and would not stay there again.

“Para visita que fomos fazer foi boa”

The location was great, the room was spotless, and the staff were helpful, but the French bread at breakfast could have been better and the Danone was zero sugar and lactose; in the kitchen I asked for a hot cheese sandwich and got a ham sandwich instead.

This hotel was our rest stop and overnight spot both on the way out and back, and both stays were great.

Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were very helpful, but there was only one outlet near the bed.
