Nothing to complain about; I usually stay here for business trips and never feel let down—from the front desk welcome to the checkout and the housekeeper, who is so kind and cheerful. Thanks to her for keeping the rooms tidy. It’s my favorite hotel, right next to many shops and transport links. Everything is good, security is top‑level. Thank you and see you soon.

Location is fine, but the beds squeak, the walls are very thin and noisy, and the place is unclean.

The location is perfect, staff are super nice, beds are comfortable, and there’s a locker in the room. However, there’s mold in the bathroom and general cleanliness issues in the bathroom and some parts of the room.
