This spot is perfect for staying in the city center. The receptionist who helped us was fantastic. We didn’t use the TV, but it was huge. The only issue was that there were three identical bottles of the same gel, and none of the shampoo.

The location is super central, just a block from Gran Vía. The service is excellent, very attentive, and everything feels welcoming; you can walk in, rest, and you’ll want to come back.

The spot is close to Gran Via. The room assigned to me, number 9, was a tiny space without a wardrobe, the bathroom tap was loose and barely supplied water, and it was completely uninsulated—every sound from the other rooms facing the common courtyard could be heard. There was no kettle, even though the listing promised one; I asked Rachele but she didn’t bring it. I can say I hadn’t stayed in a place that felt more like a rat‑hole than an hostel in years.
